These rates are for the room not per person and includes vat @ 17.5 % and a beautiful freshly prepared
tailor made breakfast.

Cancellation Policy
For 1-2 night stays', a non-refundable deposit of the equivalent to 1 nights accommodation will be charged unless a clear 48hrs notice is given . This non-refundable deposit also applies to stays' of 3 nights or more where less than a weeks notice to cancel is given. A non-refundable deposit of 25% applies to all exclusive hire bookings irrespective of notice given. For bookings where a special rate has been agreed a non-refundable deposit of 10% will be charged.

Payment for reservations are taken up front unless agreed with the hotel direct.
