How can I book with you?

Is it cheaper to book direct?
Yes our website is cheaper than third party websites.
What are your cancellation terms?
We offer two rates - Non Refundable or Flexible. A flexible rate can be cancelled up to 3 clear days prior to the arrival date at the property. Please take care to pick the rate that is most suitable for your visit.
What time is check in?
Generally check in is from 3pm and check out by 11am.
Do you take dogs?
Yes we do - please let us know in advance if you are bringing your pet by emailing us HERE. Dogs are charged at £15 per dog per stay. They are welcome in certain dining spaces at breakfast time and in our Gastro Pub. Rooms are rigorously cleaned post stay to ensure allergy sufferers are not affected. There are rooms that we do not use for dogs so please let us know if you wish to ensure you are not allocated a room that may have had a dog in running up to your stay
Do you offer Vegan Breakfast options?
Yes - our menu varies across the year but there is always a variety of different Vegan options from Vegan Full English to Smashed Avocado and Facon to vegan muffins and sandwiches, fresh fruit, cereals, bloomer toast. I'm Gluten intolerant - can you cater for me?

I'm Lactose intolerant - can you cater for me?
Yes we have soya and oat milk as standard. Our sample breakfast menu can be viewed here.
Do you have a restaurant?
Yes. We have two restaurants - The Garden and The Florence Arms Gastro Pub & Restaurant.
Do you have a bar?
Yes there is a bar in the hotel and at our Gastro Pub seconds away.
Do your rooms have fridges in them?
No but you are welcome to store items with us and we can bring them to you at any time.
Do you have a lift?
We do not have a lift but do offer ground floor rooms. If you can't manage stairs please ensure you advise us before you arrive so we can make allowances for any special requirements.
Can we have a relative or friend join for breakfast?
Yes of course you can book this with reception on arrival.
